We are only resellers and do not perform any under warranty repairs. All un-opened items can be returned within 30 days and we will issue you a full refund except for shipping charges incurred. You will need to ship the item back to us at your own expense.

Shipping & Returns
Our sales are final for the all Custom parts.
Any Airgun that is unfired and has not been removed from original packing can be returned to us within 30 days of the purchase however return shipping expenses will be borne by the customer. Also we will not be able to refund you the Shipping Charges that we already incurred on the item when it was originally shipped to you. Used items cannot be returned.
No returns on ammunition are accepted.
For airgun accessories and parts, we may not ship them in original boxes in some cases to better fit them in our packaging. This will save shipping costs for the customer.
All Airgun warranty repairs will be handled my manufacturers warranty claim locations in Canada. If any item arrives defective out of the box then please contact us within 3 days. For warranty claim locations you can either look at manufacturers website or contact us. Custom Parts and Accessories carry no warranty. Parts and Accessories are manually checked before they are shipped to make sure they are shipped out in perfect condition.
Any product or part that has been tinkered with will void its warranty. Modification or dissembly of any product voids the warranty on it as well. Please do no attempt to make any modifications or repairs yourself to be eligible for warranty claims from the manufacturer.
We cannot refund any difference if you purchased anything before the day it went on sale.

Shipping Address : Your shipping address needs to be the same as your billing address. We are not able to ship to a different shipping address. If we notice that it is different than we will contact you about it to sort out the matter. No exceptions will be made. The order will either have to be shipped to your billing address OR will have to be cancelled after mutual agreement.
Pickup Option : Due to un-avoidable circumstances, pickup option is not available at this moment. It will be available again very soon.
Age Verfication : All items that require age verification as per Canadian Laws are shipped as "Age verification required" via our shipping carriers. You will be required to produce an goverment issued ID to the courier company to take the delivery.
P.A.L. Verfication : All PALs will be verified with RCMP CFP. We call them to verify the license. Items will be shipped after verification and can only be shipped in the Name that is on the license. We sell non-restricted grade air rifles only.
Canada Shipping : All items will be shipped via Expedited Parcel or XpressPost when using CanadaPost OR UPS. All of these options are available during checkout and customer can chose and pay for the one that suit his/her needs. All shipments move only on Business Days. So please keep that in mind.
USA Shipping : Most of products can be shipped to USA except for firearms and ammunition(BBs and Pellets excepted). We have 2 shipping options available for our US customers and they can pick which ever suits their needs during checkout.
Worldwide Shipping : Please familiarize yourself and respect your country's laws and rules regarding Airguns and Airgun Parts and equipment. We will not be responsible for anything being held at customs in your country due to your negligence. We can only sell custom airgun parts to the customer outside of US and Canada. If you order anything else except for the parts then your order will be cancelled.
Overnight or 1-day shipping : If you chose one of these options then please keep in mind that the shipments are picked up by Courier company at 9.00 am EST. If you placed an order during the day then it will be picked up the next morning at 9.00 am EST.
Free Shipping Option(Carrier choice) : Please note that for the productions that are being shipped free or have free shipping deal on them, we reserve the right to pick up the best carrier to ship the items regardless of the carrier you chose during checkout. There will NO extra charges to you as a customer if we switch carriers. If there are any then you wil be notified in advance.
